Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before you book

An enquiry does not confirm an appointment. We will confirm the service, location, price and any booking conditions before you commit. Please tell us about previous cosmetic work in the area and relevant concerns so we can discuss suitability.

Prices and deposits

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars. We will tell you the total payable, including applicable taxes and unavoidable charges, and explain whether a review appointment or further work is included.

Changing or cancelling your appointment

Please contact us as soon as you need to change your booking.

Any applicable conditions will be provided before payment. If we need to cancel, we will discuss a new appointment or refund of the amount paid for the service not supplied, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Suitability and outcomes

A service may need to be postponed or declined after assessment. We will explain the reason and discuss the treatment of any payment already made under the agreed terms and applicable law.

Cosmetic results vary. We discuss the proposed appearance, limitations, aftercare and any expected follow-up before proceeding. A photograph of another client is not a promise of an identical result.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If something is wrong with a service, contact us so we can assess the issue and discuss the appropriate remedy. This is separate from changing your mind about a booking.

Courses

Course dates, format, inclusions, entry requirements and cancellation conditions are provided separately before enrolment. Any course-specific terms remain subject to applicable consumer law.
