About the services shown
Valentina provides cosmetic tattooing and aesthetic services. Medical consultations, diagnosis and medical treatment are not offered through this website. References to a cosmetic “treatment”, “consultation” or “paramedical tattoo” describe the cosmetic service or discussion offered, not a medical consultation or a claim of medical qualification.
Cosmetic camouflage and areola tattooing focus on appearance. They do not treat an underlying disease, remove scar tissue or reconstruct breast tissue. Questions about a medical condition, recovery from surgery or medical suitability should be discussed with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Individual assessment and outcomes
Your preferences, existing pigment, skin and the area being considered form the starting point for your consultation. The proposed approach is discussed individually; a technique or product used for another client may not be suitable for you.
Results differ between people. We cannot promise that you will obtain the appearance shown in a photograph, an exact colour match, a particular level of pigment retention, a fixed duration of results or a particular number of appointments. Estimates are discussed in context and may need to be reviewed as the work settles.
These limitations do not reduce your rights under Australian Consumer Law or our obligation to provide services with due care and skill.
Fresh work and the healed appearance
A photograph taken immediately after tattooing records that stage of the work. It is not a photograph of the final healed appearance. Colour, definition and the appearance of the surrounding skin can change during healing and over time.
An individual review may be needed before deciding whether further work is appropriate. General descriptions of healing are not a timetable for every person, and a concern should not be dismissed simply because the area is still healing.
Understanding the portfolio
The client work presented as Valentina’s portfolio was performed by Valentina Bencic. It includes work created in the European Union at different times using different products and techniques. A past example does not mean the same product, technique or service is currently available for an appointment in Australia.
Each example records an individual outcome at the time it was photographed. Selected examples do not establish an average, typical or guaranteed result. Lighting, camera settings and your screen can affect the way colour appears. A photograph cannot establish your suitability for a procedure.
Where a comparison is shown, read the captions for the procedure and stage of healing. If timing has not been verified, an image must not be interpreted as a confirmed healed result.
General website information
Articles, videos, FAQs, captions and public aftercare summaries provide general information about cosmetic procedures and examples of practice. They are not a personal assessment, diagnosis, individual treatment plan or instruction to carry out a procedure yourself. An explanation of an intended outcome is not a prediction of your outcome.
Before acting on information about a procedure, discuss whether it applies to your circumstances. Follow the individual written aftercare instructions supplied for your appointment, and ask for clarification if anything is unclear. General website content does not override those instructions or advice from your treating clinician.

The product used for a particular historical example is not necessarily the product proposed for your appointment. You can ask about the products being considered for your service during your consultation.
